Recently, our team completed a professional decluttering and organising project for a 2-room HDB flat in Yishun, and it became one of the most meaningful projects we’ve ever undertaken.

When we first met our client, her home had gradually become overwhelmed with belongings collected over many years.
Like many families, she never intended for things to reach this stage.
Life became busy.
Items accumulated little by little.
Eventually, every room became harder to manage.
She shared that the clutter had become so overwhelming that she and her son were no longer comfortably using parts of their home.
Cleaning felt impossible because there simply wasn’t enough space to work.
The more things piled up, the more difficult it became to know where to start.
Like many people facing a similar situation, she began postponing the task, hoping she would eventually find the time and energy to tackle it herself.

After our earlier site assessment, our team arrived with a structured workflow.
While two organisers worked closely with the homeowner to review belongings and decide what should be kept, donated or disposed of, the rest of the team focused on keeping the project moving efficiently.
Items approved for disposal were continuously sorted and consolidated while additional cartons and storage boxes were brought forward for review.
By the end of the first day, approximately 50 bags of unwanted belongings had been removed, immediately creating more usable space throughout the home.
With the unnecessary clutter removed, we shifted our focus to organisation.
Instead of encouraging unnecessary purchases, we first maximised the storage solutions already available within the home.
Existing containers and storage compartments were reused wherever possible.
Belongings were categorised and organised according to how the family actually uses the space each day, making it much easier to find and maintain.
Once the organising work was completed, our professional cleaning team carried out a deep cleaning of the home before everything was carefully placed back into its new organised system.
The transformation wasn’t just visual.
The home felt brighter, cleaner and significantly more functional.
