At Total Cleanz, we value our employees and understand the importance of investing in their professional growth. We believe that by providing opportunities for professional growth and development, our staff can build confidence in their work and in themselves. That is why we make it a priority to provide relevant and useful training to all our staff.
On-site safety is our priority for all cleaning staff. Guided by the rules set by Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), clear standard operating procedures are put in place and closely implemented. To ensure each employee is able to perform their tasks safely and confidently, we also send them for proper training and upskilling.
Our cleaning staff play a crucial role in our daily operations. To ensure that the training we provide is of the highest quality, we only hire qualified trainers who have gone through a competency-based certification program and obtained the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). Our trainers have also taken the extra step of obtaining the Environmental Cleaning WSQ to ensure that they are equipped with the proper cleaning methods.
By empowering our employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed, we are able to create a positive work environment and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.
At Total Cleanz, we prioritize the mental health and well-being of our employees. As part of our commitment to their welfare, we bring our employees to participate in a health talk titled “Coping with Stress & Fatigue Management” by Ms. Kelly Kan, organized by Health Promotion Board.
The talk provided valuable insights into understanding the nature of stress and its origins, shedding light on the detrimental effects it can have on mental and physical health. Equipped with a deeper understanding of stressors, our team is now better prepared to address underlying causes and seek assistance when needed. This initiative underscores our dedication to ensuring the mental health and overall well-being of our valued employees.
Spending time outside the scope of work helps us appreciate one another as colleagues and more importantly, as people. The bonds we build allow us to continue performing as a team.
